There are, yes. When withdrawing funds from your local currency wallet to your bank account, certain minimum amounts, as well as maximum withdrawal limits, apply. Here’s how it works.
Minimum withdrawal amount
When you’re withdrawing funds from your local currency wallet, here’s the minimum withdrawal amount for your country:
| COUNTRY | MINIMUM WITHDRAWAL AMOUNT |
| Australia | 1 AUD |
| Europe | 1 EUR |
| Indonesia | 50,000 IDR |
| Malaysia | 1 MYR |
| Nigeria | 200 NGN |
| Singapore | 5 SGD |
| South Africa | 10 ZAR |
| Uganda | 20,000 UGX |
| UK | 1 GBP |
| Zambia | 10 ZMK |
Note
The Luno withdrawal fee is added to the amount you want to withdraw, and this will be displayed to you on the withdrawal confirmation screen. So you’ll need to make sure that you have enough available funds in your local currency wallet to cover the amount you want to withdraw, as well as the Luno fee.
Tip
Not sure what the withdrawal fee is that you’ll pay? You can find out what that is here.
Maximum withdrawal limit
The maximum amount that you’re able to withdraw depends on your account verification level. Each level has a specific withdrawal limit that applies.
Tip
If you’re not sure which verification level you’re on, or if you’d like to upgrade your account, you can do so by selecting Verification from your Settings screen here.
