How do I download my wallet statement?

We’re glad you asked! Whether you’d like to download a statement for your crypto or savings wallet, you can do it on our website in a few simple steps.

Here's how

1. Sign in to your Luno account on the web

2. Select Wallets

3. Select the wallet you’d like to download a statement for

4. Scroll all the way to the bottom and select DOWNLOAD STATEMENT

5. Select a Begin date and an End date, choose between PDF or CSV format, and select CREATE STATEMENT

6. Scroll down to the Wallet Statements section and select DOWNLOAD to get your statement

Success! You’ve downloaded your statement onto your computer.
