Our bank details have changed for GBP and EUR deposits (October 2022)


We’ve updated our banking details for UK and EU customers. This means you will now see different banking details when you make a direct deposit into your Luno GBP or EUR wallet.

Note

Currently, this does not apply to customers in France.


Do I need to do anything?

If you’ve saved Luno’s old banking details, you need to manually update the deposit details in your banking app.


Where will I find Luno’s new details?

When using your Luno app and following the steps to complete a deposit, Luno’s new details will be shown to you on screen. Our new bank account is with InCore Bank AG in Europe and BCB in the UK.

  1. Go to your EUR wallet and select DEPOSIT

  2. Enter any deposit amount and press NEXT

  3. Take note of our updated banking details when making your deposit

  1. Go to your GBP wallet and select DEPOSIT

  2. Select Bank transfer

  3. Enter any deposit amount and press NEXT

  4. Take note of our updated banking details when making your deposit

Note

Only use deposit details provided in the Luno app. Never use information provided from external sources.


What happens if I accidentally deposit my funds into the old account?

Your funds will be safe. However, if you continue to make deposits using our old details, you may experience a longer wait time for the funds to appear in your wallet.
