
We’ve updated our banking details for French customers. This means you will now see different banking details when you make a direct deposit into your Luno EUR wallet.
Do I need to do anything?
If you’ve saved Luno’s old banking details, you need to manually update the deposit details in your banking app.
Where will I find Luno’s new details?
When using your Luno app and following the steps to complete a deposit, Luno’s new details will be shown to you on the last screen. Our new bank account is with InCore Bank AG.

- Go to your EUR wallet and select DEPOSIT
- Enter any deposit amount and press NEXT
- Take note of our updated banking details when making your deposit

Only use the deposit details provided in the Luno app. Never use information provided by external sources
What happens if I accidentally deposit my funds into the old account?
Deposits made to the old bank account will no longer be accepted and will be returned to your account.
