Visit Luno’s Contact us page here if you need to get in touch with our friendly support team. Follow these steps to let us know how we can help you:

  1. On the Contact us screen, select Send us a message

  2. Choose the option which best describes your issue

  3. You’ll arrive at an article that gives you more information about the issue

  4. If you still need help after reading through it, select FIND MORE HELP or CONTACT US at the bottom of the article

Use the Report suspicious activity option if you need to alert us to a scam or a phishing attempt, or if someone else has managed to gain access to your Luno account.
