When making a deposit into your MY wallet through a bank transfer, if you bank with MayBank, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank or AmBank, we’ve compiled a list of how-to steps to make things a little easier for you.

After you've made a deposit, please only reach out to us if you haven’t used your unique reference number (starting with BX), or if it’s been longer than 1 business day and your deposit isn’t reflecting yet.
Deposits via bank transfer are only available for selected customers. If you don't see the option available to you, you can make an instant transfer deposit with FPX. Find out how to do that here.
Making a bank transfer deposit to your MYR wallet from your Maybank account is easy. Just follow these steps:
Log in to your online banking or mobile banking app
Navigate to Pay & Transfer
Select Transfer, and then Transfer To Other Accounts (Maybank and other banks)
In the New Transfer field, select AmBANK BERHAD
Enter Account Number 8881034233538
Enter the Recipient’s Name as MTRUSTEE BERHAD FKA AMTRUSTEE BERHAD
Ensure that the Transaction Type is Funds Transfer
Make sure that the Transfer Mode is Instant Transfer
Enter the Transfer Amount that you’d like to deposit
Enter (or paste if you have copied it from your Luno account) your unique reference number (starting with BX) in the Recipient’s Reference field
Select Transfer
Make sure that the Beneficiary Name is MTRUSTEE BERHAD FKA AMTRUSTEE BERHAD, and select Request for SMS TAC
And lastly, enter the PAC sent to your mobile device and select Confirm
Making a bank transfer deposit to your MYR wallet from your CIMB Clicks account is easy. Just follow these steps:
Log in to your online banking or mobile banking app
Navigate to Pay & Transfer
Select Transfer Money
Enter account details in the To section
Select which account to pay from in the From section
Enter the amount and transfer date in the Amount and When section
Enter (or paste if you have copied it from your Luno account) your unique reference number (starting with BX) under Recipient Reference in the Transaction Instruction section
Select Transfer Money
Lastly, review the final transfer details page and if you’re happy, select Approve
Making a bank transfer deposit to your MYR wallet from your Public Bank account is easy. Just follow these steps:
Log in to your online banking or mobile banking app
Navigate to Fund Transfer
Select Instant Transfer, and then To Other Account
In the Beneficiary Bank field, select AmBank (M) Berhad
Enter Beneficiary Account Number 8881034233538
Select the Beneficiary Account Type as Savings/Current Account
Enter (or paste if you’ve copied it from your Luno account) your unique reference number (starting with BX) in both the Recipient Reference and Other Payment Details fields
Select Accept
Confirm the Beneficiary as MTRUSTEE BERHAD FKA AMTRUSTEE BERHAD and select Request PAC Now
And lastly, enter the PAC and then select Confirm
Making a bank transfer deposit to your MYR wallet from your RHB account is easy. Just follow these steps:
Log in to your online banking or mobile banking app
On the left sidebar, navigate to Fund Transfer
Select Instant Transfer
Enter the One Time Password sent to your mobile device
Select Open Transfer
Select Beneficiary Bank (AMBank) and Payment Type (Fund Transfer)
Enter Account No 8881034233538
Enter Beneficiary Nickname MTRUSTEE BERHAD FKA AMTRUSTEE BERHAD
Enter Amount (MYR) for the amount you’d like to deposit
Make sure that the Transfer Date is today’s date
On the Recipient Reference: Others field, enter (or paste if you have copied it from your Luno account) your unique reference number (starting with BX) in the empty field to the right
Enter (or paste if you have copied it from your Luno account) your unique reference number (starting with BX) in the Other Payment Details field
Select Preview
After confirming all the details are correct and ensuring that the Beneficiary Name is MTRUSTEE BERHAD FKA AMTRUSTEE BERHAD, enter the One Time Password sent to your mobile device
And lastly, select Submit
Making a bank transfer deposit to your MYR wallet from your Hong Leong Bank account is easy. Just follow these steps:
Log in to your online banking or mobile banking app
Navigate to Pay & Transact
Select Transfer to Others
Select DuitNow to Account / IBG
From the Recipient Bank dropdown, select AmBank/AmBank Finance Berhad
Enter the Account Type as Current/Savings
Enter Beneficiary Account Number 8881034233538
Select Transfer Type as DuitNow to Account (previously Instant Transfer)
In the Amount (MYR) field, enter the amount that you’d like to deposit
Make sure that the Transfer Date is today’s date
Enter (or paste if you’ve copied it from your Luno account) your unique reference number (starting with BX) in the Other Payment Detail field
Select Next
Lastly, enter the TAC and select Submit
Making a bank transfer deposit to your MYR wallet from your AmBank account is easy. Just follow these steps:
Log in to your online banking or mobile banking app
Navigate to Pay & Transfer
Select Transfer Within Ambank
Select Non-Favourite
Enter Account Number 8881034233538
Enter the Amount that you’d like to make a deposit for
Under Choose your transfer frequency, select One Time
Make sure that the Transfer Date is today’s date
Enter ‘own self notes’ under For Yourself
Enter (or paste if you’ve copied it from your Luno account) your unique reference number (starting with BX) in the For Recipient field
Request and enter the TAC number
And lastly, select Confirm
