We’re here to help! If your Luno account is verified in one country, but you’ve moved to another - and want to start using the local currency wallet in your new country - there are some steps you'll need to follow to get the ball rolling.
Step 1: Empty your local currency wallet
You’ll need to have zero funds in your local currency wallet. You don’t need to remove your cryptocurrencies - only the funds in your local currency wallet.
Note
You won’t be able to keep both your old local currency wallet and your new one.

Step 2: Send us a message
Once you have a zero balance, let us know that you’ve moved to another country by selecting CHANGE MY COUNTRY below.
We’ll ask you to:
Let us know which country you’ve moved to
Upload a colour photo or scan of your valid passport
Your residence permit (if you have one)
And a self-portrait photo (a clear, colour selfie) no older than 24 hours

Be sure to check which documents are required to verify your identity in your new country here.
Once we’ve verified your documents, we’ll send you a ready to transact email. You can then go ahead and deposit money into your new local currency wallet.
