There, you can:
- Add an email address that you can use to sign in to Luno,
- or change the mobile number linked to your profile.
Having trouble updating your mobile number?
If you’re not able to update your mobile number using any of the steps in this help article, we’ll need to help you out. Select CHANGE MY MOBILE NUMBER below, where we’ll ask you for the following:
The mobile number currently associated with your account
The mobile number that you’d like to change to
The reason why you’re not able to update the number yourself
To upload a selfie with ID and note
Note
For the selfie with ID and note, attach a clear, high-resolution photo of yourself holding both of the following in the same photo:
Your identity document
A handwritten note with today’s date and stating ‘For Luno Use Only’
Keep in mind
Your face must be clearly visible
The information on your identity document and handwritten note must be legible
You must be holding your identity document and the handwritten note in the same photo
