I didn’t use my own bank account

Oh no! We only accept deposits that were made from a bank account in your own name. This means that, unfortunately, we'll have to reject the deposit and return it to the depositor.

To help us get this done for you in the shortest possible time, please select FIND MY DEPOSIT below, and include the following documents:

  1. The proof of payment,
  2. and a bank statement showing the account number and account holder name of the person that made the deposit.

Note

When making a deposit, always make sure that:

  1. You’ve deposited from a local bank account in your own name,
  2. you made the deposit from your online bank account (we don’t accept cash deposits), 
  3. and that you’ve used your correct unique reference number (starting with BX), which is displayed on the screen when you make the deposit.
