We're here to help! As a safety precaution, our system does not process deposits of the same amount made within a 24 hour period. These are known as twin deposits.
If you’ve made a twin deposit and have done the following:
Used your correct unique reference number (starting with BX), which is displayed on the screen when you make the deposit
Made a deposit from a local bank account in your own name
And deposited funds from your online bank account (we don’t accept cash deposits)
Then, your first deposit will be allocated automatically and will reflect in your account in line with bank processing times. Banks can take up to 2 business days to process deposits (longer over weekends, public holidays and when you make a deposit after hours).
The second deposit will only be allocated to your wallet after a 24 hour cooling period.
However, if you’ve made a twin deposit and you've used a different reference number, or no reference number at all - select FIND MY DEPOSITS below, and help us find your deposits!
Note
When asking us to find your deposits, please send us a valid proof of payment document for each deposit.
Your proof of payment must include:
Account holder name
Date of deposit
The deposit amount
And the reference used
The following won't be accepted as proof of payment:
SMS/Text messages
Bank statements
Proof of payment notifications
