Promo codes have temporarily been deactivated in Indonesia since the 21st of September 2022. Until they’re reactivated, you won’t be able to redeem any promo codes on the Luno platform.
Why?
We've identified a technical issue with promo codes affecting our customers in Indonesia. To avoid any further problems, we’ve disabled the use of promo codes while we work on a solution.
We understand this is disappointing and we’re working to fix it as soon as possible. We will post an update on our status page as soon we’ve made progress and restored functionality.
