Update on withdrawals: Address required for UK/EU customers (April 2023)

In accordance with new banking requirements, we’ll now need your address before we can process withdrawals for you.

Many Luno customers provide their address when signing up and verifying their Luno accounts, but if you haven’t done this already, we’ll ask you to do so when you make your next withdrawal.

This is a necessary requirement, aimed at enhancing our services' security and compliance. Your personal information, including your residential address, will be treated with the utmost care following our Privacy Policy.


How to add your address when withdrawing

To provide your residential address information, simply:

  1. Go to your GBP or EUR Wallet and select WITHDRAW
  2. Select your bank account (If you haven't linked your bank account yet, you will be prompted to do that)
  3. Enter the amount you’d like to withdraw and select NEXT
  4. On the We need your address screen, select ADD ADDRESS
  5. Add your residential address and select SAVE

Once your address info is captured, you’ll be able to continue with your withdrawal.
